Commercial Rang Hood :
- Dimensions: choose from L 1000 to L 3000 x D 1000 x H 450 / 300 mm overhang
- Commercial Rang Hood from 1 m to 3 m:shipped flat in a box, ready for assembly (allow 20 minutes with two people); well-packaged and protected.
- With stainless steel impact filters and stainless steel shutters
- Drain plug
- Exhaust can be routed either through the top or the back of the range hood.

Roof fan:
- Dimensions: L 430 x W 430 x H 400 mm
- Horizontal exhaust
- Power: 200 W - max 2,500 m³/h
- Power supply: 230 V
- Minimum outlet diameter: D 250 mm (provide an outlet connection for the duct: accessory)
- Provide a duct system with a diameter of D 250 (1 m and 1.5 m range hoods), D 315 (2 m range hood), or D 355 (2.50 m and 3 m range hoods).
-* Must be installed at least 3 meters above the range hood IF using a wood or charcoal fire.

Speed control:
- Autotransformer - 6 speeds
- Power supply: 230 V
- Start at speed 6, then reduce

For cooking equipment exceeding 20 kW, a 400° CF / 2h exhaust system is mandatory.
