What is the purpose of a vertical deflector on an exhaust stack?

This deflector kit is compatible with many turret models from the following brands : VENTILSOGOOD, VENTILECO, VENTIL, VENTILATION PRO, SAFTAIR, and FRANCE AIR—primarily for recent models manufactured from around 2020 onward.
Please note: the turret brand alone does not guarantee compatibility. Dimensions and mounting hole spacings may vary depending on the model and year of manufacture.
How can I check compatibility with my range hood?
If you already own your range hood, we recommend measuring the mounting hole spacing before ordering. This check is particularly important for older models of range hoods.
The approximate dimensions of the kits are:
- TH36 / TH40 / TH45: approximately 36 cm
- TH50: approximately 48 cm
- TH60 / TH70: approximately 60 cm
