A quiet exhaust fan for professional range hoods from 1 to 2 m

The T32 extraction turret is designed to remove cooking fumes, vapors, and odors while maintaining a lower noise level compared to many traditional extraction turrets.

With an airflow rate of 2,000 m³/h, it is particularly well-suited for professional stainless steel range hoods measuring 1 to 2 meters, which are typically equipped with 2 to 3 filters. It thus offers a compact and efficient solution when you want to relocate the motor outside the kitchen to also minimize noise inside the kitchen.

Ideal for small commercial kitchens

This horizontal-discharge roof-mounted unit is particularly well-suited for small restaurants, snack bars, sandwich shops, creperies, food trucks, kiosks, market stalls, and small kitchens in cafés or brasseries.

Its 230 V single-phase motor makes it easy to integrate into small commercial facilities that do not have a three-phase power supply.

To ensure this hood performs optimally, we recommend a ventilation duct system with a diameter of Ø250 or Ø315 mm. The choice of diameter depends primarily on the length of the ductwork, the number of elbows, and the overall configuration of the installation.

For longer systems or those with multiple bends, a Ø315 mm diameter helps reduce pressure drops and the noise generated by airflow.

Roof fan F400/120 certified – 400 °C for 2 hours

The T32 turret is F400/120 certified, meaning it can withstand a temperature of 400 °C for 120 minutes.

It can therefore be integrated into professional kitchen installations requiring exhaust equipment adapted to smoke extraction requirements, particularly in certain open-concept kitchen layouts with high cooking power.

Roof or Facade Installation

Thanks to its horizontal exhaust and compact design, this turret hood can be installed on the roof or integrated into certain facade configurations, provided that the building’s technical and regulatory requirements are met.

Since the motor is located outside the kitchen, this configuration also significantly reduces noise in the work area compared to an installation with the motor directly built into the range hood.
