Right of Withdrawal

The customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal (cancellation clause) without having to provide a reason for their decision.

The 14-day period begins on the date the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

The buyer must notify VENTILSOGOOD.COM of their decision to withdraw by submitting, before the 14-day period expires, the withdrawal form available upon request by email at the following address: contact@ventilsogood.fr

In general, the product subject to the right of withdrawal (or returned with our prior consent) must be in a condition suitable for resale and returned in its original packaging and in new condition. Repackaging and/or reconditioning fees will be charged as applicable. In all cases (except with prior written consent for individual consumers), administrative and repackaging fees of up to 40% of the value of the returned merchandise will be applied and deducted from the refund. A product received on a pallet must be returned to us on a pallet. We reserve the right to refuse any return if we have doubts about its condition based on the return packaging.

DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT BY MAIL (Colissimo, Chronopost), as due to its weight, it will never arrive in good condition. We recommend: Mailbox, UPS, TNT, or DPD for packages, and Geodis for pallets.

A refund will be issued for the full amount paid, minus shipping costs, administrative fees, and costs for reconditioning, repackaging, and/or repair, within 30 days of the return of the sold goods.

Refunds are issued via bank transfer.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
