At Ventilsogood, we do everything we can to ensure your orders are shipped the same day, provided the products are in stock and the order is confirmed before noon.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can check the delivery status at any time.

Average delivery times

The average delivery time is 48 to 96 hours (2 to 4 business days) from the date of shipment, for customers who are available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
These times may vary slightly depending on the carrier, geographic location, or order size.

Orders Requiring a Delivery Appointment

Certain deliveries, particularly those involving pallets or large equipment, require a prior appointment with the carrier.
In this case, please allow an additional 1 to 3 days to schedule a convenient date and time for delivery.

Tracking and Updates

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, a delivery tracking update is sent via email or text message. This allows you to track each step of the process until delivery.
If you have any questions or experience an unusual delay, simply contact us via the“CONTACT”form with your order number: our team will respond within 2 hours (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
