Mini Odor-Control Filter Unit with Activated Carbon and Dual G3 Filters

A compact and cost-effective solution for filtering air and reducing odors in your ventilation system. This mini filter unit installs directly between two circular ventilation ducts or pipes. It is available with connections in Ø200, Ø250, or Ø315 mm.

Thanks to its combination of activated carbon and two G3 filters, it traps some dust, grease, and particles while helping to reduce odors.

Two possible applications: supply or exhaust

• For supply air: the unit filters incoming air before it is distributed into the room.
• For exhaust mode: It can be installed on an exhaust system to filter the exhaust air and limit odors coming from a room or a range hood.

Note: This compact model is not intended for use with equipment that generates very large amounts of grease and odors, such as deep fryers, griddles, or woks. For a professional kitchen with intensive cooking, opt for a charcoal filter unit with a higher capacity.

Dual filtration: G3 + activated carbon

The unit combines two levels of filtration:

• 2 G3 filters to trap dust, particles, and some grease;
• 5 to 7 kg of activated carbon, depending on the model, to help eliminate odors;
• A hinged housing that allows access to the filters and replacement of the activated carbon.

The G3 filters are washable with hot water and a degreasing agent. Regular maintenance helps maintain good filtration performance and extends the lifespan of the activated carbon.

Simple installation directly onto your ventilation system

The unit is designed to be installed in-line between two ventilation ducts. The inlet and outlet connections are provided and already attached to the unit.

Indoor or outdoor installation

The unit can be installed indoors or outdoors. For outdoor installation, it is recommended to provide a duct or pipe for the exhaust and to properly protect the unit from the elements.

In a kitchen installation, adding a suitable pre-filter helps minimize clogging of the activated carbon and extends its service life.
