Location of our main warehouse

Our main warehouse is located in Toulouse, France.
It serves as the central logistics hub for all our shipments, where we carefully prepare and ship your orders.

All orders are prepared in this warehouse before being shipped to customers or to pickup locations.
Please note that our facilities are not open to the public: orders can only be picked up according to the selected delivery options.

Picking Up Packages at Pickup Locations

To make it easier for you to receive your orders, we also offer partner pickup locations.
When placing your order, you can select the most suitable pickup option from the “Delivery” menu.
This allows you to:

• choose a pickup location near you,

• pick up your packages at your convenience,

• and avoid missing home deliveries.

How to Choose a Pickup Location

When finalizing your order:

1. Select “Delivery” from the drop-down menu.

2. View the list of available pickup locations.

3. Choose the one that works best for you.

This method ensures that your package will be dropped off at an accessible pickup location and that you’ll be able to pick it up easily.
